Let me tell you a little bit about myself and what I stand for.
I live in Encino with my husband and 2 children. After travelling extensively around the world for over 10 years with my job as an actor/singer and living in various countries such as Germany (where I met and married my husband), the UK (where both my children were born) and the Philippines (where my husband grew up), we settled in New York where I was also in the real estate business. We then moved out here to LA almost 2 years ago and we love it, especially the valley. My husband and I still pursue acting and singing, but we also pursue our other careers, his being massage therapy and mine being real estate.Being in the entertainment business I am a people person which bodes well for me in real estate. So much of it is dealing with different people and different personalities. I also studied interior design at Parsons School of Design in New York City and can call on my education to help a seller prepare their home for sale or help a buyer visualize how the home can look and changes that can be made to personalize it when it becomes theirs.
What I enjoy most about real estate is helping people. Finding a home for someone that they love and are ready to spend their future in is very satisfying as well as helping someone to sell their home so they can move on with their life, wherever that may be. Because I have small children (3 & 9), I especially enjoy working with families. I know how important your child’s education is and I pride myself in knowing the ratings of the schools in the valley…it is how I chose my home and if you have children it may well be how you choose yours. I truly am in tune with the special needs of families.
But enough about me…WITH ME IT’S ALL ABOUT YOU…your needs…your situation…your family. Buying or selling a home is a big decision, one of the biggest investments you may ever make, and it deserves the utmost care and consideration. Loyalty is something I consider to be one of my best qualities, in all areas of my life. It is extremely important in this business as you need someone to be an advocate for you and always keep your best interests in the forefront.
