This beautiful villa has 2 masters and a guest bedroom on the main floor with a 4th bedroom on the lower level with outside access. Spacious pool deck with covered area for dining and relaxing and chaise lounges for sunning. Even a Bocce court for a bit of fun.
The living room has folding doors which open up the kitchen and dining area to the pool deck and the panoramic views of St. Maarten and the Caribbean Sea. The kitchen is very well appointed with stainless appliances, coffee and espresso machines, blender, microwave and toaster.
The two master bedrooms each have double doors which open to the pool deck, large ensuite bathrooms with outdoor and indoor showers. The 3rd bedroom has two twin beds (may be converted to king bed) and ensuite bathroom with step in shower. On the lower level is a fourth bedroom and bathroom which is great for another couple or teenage children.
